This week market may remain volatile ahead of F&O expiry and Q4 GDP data
Last week Sensex rose 65 points or +0.40% to 16217 and Nifty rose 29 points or +0.59% to 4920 in the week ended 25-05-2012. Last week if we see on weekly chart on closing basis then we can say that market ends flat, but in green. Looking to technical ways, nifty is still in down formation. Yesterday nifty opened then slowly slowly it was rising upto 4924. Nifty could not cross 4950 which is our resistnance leve since last 1 week. Yesterday nifty showed good support above 4900 level and also closed above 4900 at 4913. After morning session bulls gave strong support to nifty and nifty jumped above 4900 level. We saw yesterday nifty opened in gap down and then slowly tried to jump but could not cross the 4838 and then in the end session nifty closed on negative side at 4814 which we told yesterday nifty is having support at 4815. Now yesterday evening petrol prices are hiked to 7.50 Rs. This is largest price hike in single time. Due to petrol price hike Rupee may appreciate little but it could increase the inflation also. This week keep focus on Q4 earnings and Europe Issues
Last week Sensex lost 140 points or -0.86% to 16152.75 and Nifty lost -37 points or -0.76% to 4891 in the week ended 18-05-2012. Last week we saw that nifty was continuously sliding down from starting of week and on the last day of week on event of SBI result market bounce from new bottom and nifty closed at 4889.
